Does cellulite cream work for stretch marks?

Cellulite and stretch marks are in fact, common problems which occur during body natural changes and aging. Cellulite is a term used for an orange peel skin which is caused by fat deposits beneath the skin, while stretch marks is known as reddish lines which is caused by sudden weight gain or loss. Cellulite can happen to anyone, including slimmer persons and teenagers. Hence, you are not necessarily exposed to cellulite only because of overweight. Similarly, stretch marks normally happens to teenagers and pregnant women because of hormonal reasons, or to them who loss or gain weight rapidly and suddenly. It is quite impossible to get rid of cellulite and stretch marks permanently. Yet, you can try to minimize the visibility.as cellulite and stretch marks removal is a very good issue, there are a lot of manufacturers which promise to be able to get rid of them using their products. Both cellulite and stretch marks are influenced by skin tissues changes. Cellulite is caused by lack of collagen tissues which makes the fat layers build up to the dermis, resulting in a dimpled area. Stretch marks, on the other hand, are caused by sudden change in tissues elasticity or by uneven production of natural collagen during wound healing. Since these issues are becoming more crucial every day, both cheaper and high-priced cellulite and stretch marks elimination products are offered widely. There are various creams claimed to eliminate this problem. Some cellulite creams are even claimed to work on stretch marks miraculously.

Does cellulite cream work for stretch marks?

Creams and lotion are kinds of cheaper treatments for cellulite and stretch marks compared to those laser injection and therapy. There are various ingredients used in these creams, such as vitamin E, collagen, caffeine, vitamin C, and zinc. These ingredients are vital for skin and tissues rejuvenation. As coffee ground is known as an effective cellulite eliminator, caffeine is also used in cellulite cream. Most of this cream contains caffeine and retinol. Retinol is a certain type of vitamin A which stimulates collagen production. Retinol cream for cellulite needs to be applied regularly 1-3 times a day. This cream is claimed to promote natural collagen growth which adds skin elasticity. The more elastic your skin is, the lower your risk of getting cellulite is.

Retinol A is commonly used in acne cream, as well. This is because this vitamin A induces the production of collagen which is useful for wound healing. Along with technology and research growth, retinol A is claimed to be useful for stretch marks elimination as well. Stretch marks, similar to acnes, are basically a wound to skin tissues. When this wound is healing, our body produce natural collagen to cover the affected area. However, improper growth of tissues, leading to uneven surface of healed area. This occurs as stretch marks. Retinol A helps the body to stimulate natural collagen growth which is important to fill in the tissues beneath the skin. This will cause the stretch marks to be less visible.

Similar contents between cellulite and stretch marks creams enables you to apply cellulite cream for stretch marks problem. However, it is important to note that topical ointment does not work instantly. You will still need healthy lifestyle and other treatments—such as gentle massage during bath to make either cellulite or stretch marks less visible. Exercises hold another most important role in cellulite and stretch marks elimination, because by doing exercises, you gain muscle mass and skin elasticity which contribute a lot to better skin structure. As cellulite is caused by fat deposits under the skin, it might be hard to eliminate it by only applying topical treatment, such as ointment, cream, and lotion.
