-
Weight
Cellulite does not only occur in over-weighted people. Conversely, this issue can happen to almost anyone with lean or bigger body. However, cellulite are occurring more in the areas with more fat layers. Hence, bigger persons might share higher risk of having cellulite than those leaner ones.
-

-
Age
When you are getting older, you lose your skin elasticity. This will leave some spaces between your connective tissues. Hence, fat has more possibility of straining them up and results in dimpled areas.
Cellulite happens when collected fat under the dermis surface of the skin are strained against the connective tissues. This will give dimple look on your skin known as cellulite.
Between running and cellulite
As cellulite happened on your connective tissue and fat strains, losing weight might help you reducing the visibility of this issue. Regular exercises will help reducing weight and consequently reduce the amount of fat under your skin. Exercises also strengthen your muscle and help gain skin elasticity. There are various kinds of exercises which will reduce our body fat. Although a combination between aerobic and strength-training is believed to reduce cellulite better, running is also worth-trying, because this is an easy, simple exercise everyone can do. A morning or afternoon run will give similar effect on your body.
Running, especially when combined with others exercises and healthy dietary, will give a significant effect on cellulite removal. Running will dissolve your body fats and thus, improve your blood circulation. Reducing fats is really important for removing cellulites, as this is the straining agent which form the dimply areas. A good blood circulation is also important for your tissues and entire body health. Proper blood circulation will increase metabolic rate which help reducing the possibility of cellulite occurrence.
Running, in addition, will put your upper leg muscles on work, so that the elasticity will remain. With sufficient elasticity, your skin will look tighter and smoother, so that the cellulite will be less visible. However, getting rid of cellulite is not instant and fast. You have to be consistent and do the exercise regularly and in sufficient amount of time. You can also combine running with swimming to exercise your leg and arm muscles.
As exercises do not work instantly, several things need to be done to reduce cellulite. Drinking enough amount of water is one of the most important, since sufficient water level is very important for your skin elasticity. More exercises and healthier diets are needed when you are getting older, as you are losing more elasticity and is in a bigger risk of having cellulite. Persistence and disciplines are required when you want to remove your cellulite. However, it will not go away completely, but those exercises will make your tone better so that the cellulite might not be noticeable easily.
