Has Anyone Repigment with Gluten Free Diet

Vitiligo has something to do with gluten free diet. Many of vitiligo sufferers have proven it. By consistently being on gluten free diet, most of those sufferers show a positive result on their de-pigmented skin areas.

Alison St is one of those vitiligo sufferers who obtain good repigmentation on her skin after engaging in a long term gluten free diet as reported on a book, Sure Food Living.

Real Proof

Alison is a vitiligo and celiac sufferer. She confessed her vitiligo is not physically painful but is emotionally devastating. When the white patches started to attack someone’s face, of course, his or her experience is affected. Alison had vitiligo patches on her face when she was a child. Peter Green, a researcher and writer of “Celiac Disease: The Hidden Epidemic,” she ever met at a conference about vitiligo stated that it was seen vitiligo reverse on a gluten free diet provided that the sufferers catch it earlier. Most of the vitiligo sufferers who are being on the gluten-free diet show positive results. It can be estimated 75% of them see their pigment is back. Even for those who have it when he was at the age of 9 get his pigment back on his knees.

Gluten Free Diet

It is good to find out the root of the problem far before the problem is getting worse. Vitiligo sufferers who found out that gluten free diet is a good way to get the skin repigmented at the early years of their age may not need many years to get the pigment back.

However, the important point now is that gluten free diet saves people’s life. Even though the real result really takes a longer time and more patience, the diet plan is worth a try. It’s not only for celiac disease, vitiligo sufferers find it important as well.
