  1. Dumbbells and knee bent

Take a pair of dumbbells and hold them arm-lengthened. Bend your knees 90 degrees without changing the dumbbells position. This exercise will tighten your tissues and muscles to get firmer legs and less visible lumpy areas.

  1. Stair climbing

You might have done stair climbing almost every day. Without being noticed, this is an effective exercise to get rid of cellulite on your legs. Stair climbing is similar to cardio exercise in term of calories burn. This exercise also strengthen your back bone to support your body better. In term of removing cellulite, stair climbing will help burning a lot of fats and prevent fat deposits beneath the skin. With less fat deposits, there will be less possibility of plied connective tissues and bulged up fats.

  1. Yoga

Yoga employs some smooth movements with your arms and legs. Doing yoga-related exercises will help your legs gain muscle mass, which will promote better skin elasticity. This is important to give better blood flow and hence, make cellulite less noticeable.
