Since removing cellulite permanently is not easy, we have an option to reduce its appearance. Some people might develop cellulite on one part of the body, while some others might experience the bumps on several body parts. Apart from where cellulite grows on your body, there are some things you might use to reduce its appearance and intensity.

Ways to reduce the appearance of cellulite

  1. Avoid excessive expose to UV

Ultraviolet can trigger cellulite formation by damaging skin cells which produces natural collagen. Hence, applying sunscreen when you are out is a wise act. This will protect your skin from the damaging effects of UV. Besides, creams enriched with vitamin E and antioxidants will keep your skin radiant and prevent collagen damages.

  1. Exfoliating

Deceased skin can make your skin dull and lose its elasticity. Dead skin cells also leave the skin dry. There are many kinds of skin exfoliating creams and scrubs which can be used for cellulite. The ones containing vitamin E or avocado is very good for your skin elasticity which will lead to less visible cellulite. Other creams enriched with coffee are also recommended since these might break your fats into tiny pieces. Tiny fats will be easily digested and excreted from the body, so that there will be less possibility of cellulite formation. Some other creams with antioxidants are a good choice that can boost your collagen level. Sufficient collagen beneath the skin will reduce lumpy appearance by repairing damaged tissues.

  1. Eat well

Your diets define what happen inside the body. Hence, healthy diets containing sufficient nutrients are good for your body. You should avoid high processed foods, preserved diets, and sugary snacks, as these all will turn into fat accumulation inside your body. Instead, consume a lot of vegetables, fruits, and omega-3 fatty acids which will help your digestion and faster toxins secretion. Cellulite is believed to be caused by toxins accumulation inside the body. Hence, eating nutritious diets will reduce the appearance of lumpy skin, since collagen production is induced.

  1. Exercising

Exercises such as walking, running, cycling, and squat are effective in reducing cellulite appearance. Those exercises strengthen the muscles and help the skin to get firmer. Firmer skin will help fade cellulite and fasten your digestive process.

  1. Laser treatment

Surgeries are assumed as the most practical cellulite reduction. Although it might be expensive, the effect is instant and long-lasting. There are some surgeries intended for reducing cellulite intensity by breaking up the plied connective tissues beneath the dermis. Todays, a surgery named Cellulaze is getting well-known as a new method of reducing cellulite appearance. It is done by inserting tiny laser directly under the skin to break down the cellulite structure. However, the treatment must be repeated several time and is really expensive.
